Words cannot explain the professionalism and patience the CruiseShip-Wedding Staff had with our group. While I was running out of patience with family and friends, CruiseShip-Wedding kept it together. The initial call was informative with options and suggestions that helped us make a decision quickly. We started planning in August of 2016 for wedding/family vacation for June 2, 2017 thru June 5, 2017 and the CruiseShip-Wedding Staff were with us every step of the way. Our group went from 159 paid guests down to 125 paid guests. Of course they had 75 plus calls TO THEM on the exact deadline dates for deposits and pay outs. All payments, cancellations and communication was handled directly by the CruiseShip-Wedding Travel Staff, ALOT to deal with, when dealing with so many different people from various places. So many name changes and special request was driving me insane but CruiseShip-Wedding always assured us they had it taken care of and they did. Today is May 18, 2017 2 ½ weeks before the Wedding and guess what, changes and adjustments are still happening and we still have the support of CruiseShip-Wedding. Their team is still calling guests to ensure they have registered for the cruise and validating documents – STILL cares even after their job is done. I'm not even sure how I stumbled upon their Services, after sending out tons of request for information but so glad I did, it was an instant connection with a huge Trust connection. CruiseShip-Wedding were excellent! The CruiseShip-Wedding Team always made themselves available to myself as well as my group. They didn't fret when the numbers started to grow. CruiseShip-Wedding continuously tried to help in anyway that they could. We are traveling by cruise to the Bahamas with a group of 125 people. Their Team booked every guest, took every payment, and entered everyone's information in a timely fashion. We had some problems on our end with drop outs in the beginning, room switches and name changes but they handled it very well. They also gave us contacts for Wedding Coordinators in the Bahamas to help us out with our Wedding planning. Karl and I are back from our 10-day Southern Caribbean cruise on Carnival Elation and we had a FANTASTIC time! Getting to San Juan, and then on to the ship was easy thanks to all your work CruiseShip-Wedding on organizing our cruise and flights. Also, thanks for your patience and good humour in answering every question I could think of regarding the ship, flights, customs, and ports-of-call. On the cruise, we met the nicest (and funniest) people at our dinner table, and the crew of the Elation was just wonderful. Plus, we had a great time at all the ports - particularly St. Lucia, St. Kitts, and St. Thomas. We did excursions for most of the ports, and enjoyed all of them, but the best excursion was the catamaran and swim to the Pitons in St. Lucia!
